A Note From Willow! 🐶

These Scrubbie Sponges are handmade in a home where our official Chief Nap Officer, Willow, lives. While she doesn't help with the crocheting (yet 😉), she does provide plenty of supervision and moral support.

We do our best to keep our materials and finished products clean and away from pet hair, but we cannot guarantee that items are completely free of pet hair or allergens.

If you have severe pet allergies, please keep this in mind before purchasing.

Before you order

Every piece is made by hand, so a few things are worth knowing first.

Handmade variation
Each item is crocheted individually, so no two are identical. Stitch tension, finished size, and yarn placement vary slightly from the photos, and dye lots shift between batches. These differences are the nature of handmade work rather than defects, and they are not grounds for a return.
Made to order & processing time
Unless the listing says ready to ship, your piece is started after you order. Current turnaround is 1–2 weeks before shipping, and custom work runs 3–4 weeks. Orders ship from Texas via USPS with tracking. Delivery time is on the carrier once your parcel is handed over.
Materials & sensitivities
Fiber content is listed on each product. Most pieces use polyester, acrylic or cotton yarn, with polyester fiberfill in stuffed items. Work is made in a smoke-free home studio shared with dogs — finished pieces are stored away from pets, but a stray hair can travel, so please order with care if you have a severe pet allergy. If you have a fiber allergy or sensitivity, message me before ordering and I will confirm exact materials.
Care instructions
Hand wash cool with mild detergent, reshape while damp, and dry flat away from direct heat. Do not bleach, wring, tumble dry, or iron. Stuffed pieces are best spot-cleaned only. Machine washing will felt, stretch, or misshape crochet fabric.
Safety & age guidance
Not a toy. Plushies and figures are decorative collectibles intended for ages 3 and up, and are not tested to childrens toy safety standards. Small parts, safety eyes, buttons, and yarn ends are a choking and strangulation hazard for infants and young children. Keep away from babies, pets, and open flame, and supervise any use by a child. Items sold as baby or nursery pieces are embroidered rather than eyed, and should still never be left in a crib or with an unattended child.
Color accuracy
Photos are taken in artifical light with no color filters, but screens render color differently. The shade you receive may read slightly warmer or cooler than it appears on your device.
Returns on handmade items
Ready-made pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original condition, with return shipping paid by the buyer. Custom and personalized orders are final sale, since they cannot be resold. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact me within 7 days with photos and I will repair, remake, or refund it.
